Race: Dragonborn (brass and gold scales) · Role: Harbourmaster of Port Nyanzaru · Answers to: Prince Wakanga O’tamu · Office: a large building on the Royal Docks · First seen: S2
A big, booming man with a silk sash across his chest and a ledger always under his arm. He met the party when they teleported in, at Syndra Silvane’s request. He loves his ledgers: every commodity carries its own duties, and some princes add both GST and VAT.
What he has done for the party:
- Explained Chult, the Merchant Princes, guides and the Red Bazaar (S2).
- Pointed them towards Fort Beluarian, carefully. The Flaming Fist run their own harbour there and don’t pay his harbour tax.
- Contacted Syndra about the missing Quill.
- Gave Kito a job carrying cargo (S3).
His views: Blaze is “erratic… something off about him”. Trade has to flow. He won’t say which prince he likes least. He has never been to the Red Bazaar’s more colourful corners.
His offer: clear the pirates out of the Jahaka Anchorage and keep their loot (“more than two zeros”), and he will help them get to Wakanga. → Quests and Threads > Pirates of the Jahaka Anchorage
