At a glance
Run by: the seven Merchant Princes (each with a trade monopoly) · Harbourmaster: Zindar · Arrived: S2, Day 1
Hot and humid even at dawn. The buildings are sandstone reinforced and roofed with bamboo. People wear loose, layered cotton in loud, clashing colours. Dinosaurs do the work of beasts of burden: triceratopses pull wagons, dimetrodons and hadrosaurs carry loads, pterosaurs haul cargo.
According to Kintergas, it runs on leverage: monopolies, rival merchants and shadow societies rather than courts and constables.
